How accurate are the quotes you give? Do you require a deposit before work is commenced? How long will it take for my work to be completed? How often will I be contacted with job progress updates? What happens if I am unsatisfied with the work I receive? How is the completed work sent to me? How soon does the work have to be paid for in full? What methods of payment do you accept? I will need my website updated regularly. Does this cost extra?   Answer: Once payment has been received in full we will send you a link to our server via email where you will be able to preview and download all completed work at your leisure. This will be in the form of a zip file containing organised folders complete with all source files (psd's, html's, fla's, fonts, etc). If you would like us to upload your work straight onto your server we would be happy to do that for you free of charge.
